Ingredients:
- 2 packs of udon pasta
- 2-3L chicken stock
- Salt and Pepper
- 200g any kind of meat
- 200g broccoli
- 150g mushroom
- 1 pack of coriander
- 1 lemon juice
- 4-5 green onion
- Chilli paprika (optional)
- 3-4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp Chinese seasoning
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp red onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 4 eggs
- Olive oil
Preparation:
Put all the spicies in a bowl and mix them together.
Cut the meat to small slices.
Pour oil in a deep pan and cook the meat until it’s white.
Add the spicies, soy sauce and pour in the chicken stock.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Cut the broccoli and slice the mushrooms.
Add the pasta, broccoli and mushroom to the soup.
After 5 minutes add the lemon juice, fresh coriander and green onion.
After cooking cover it for 10 minutes before serving.
When serving cut the eggs in half and add to the soup.
