Chicken Wrap in Romaine Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp fajitas seasoning

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.

Wash the chicken and clean it.

Cut the chicken in half at the spine.

Put it in a pan with the breast up.

Pour olive oil on the chicken and grease with spices and salt.

Add 50ml water in the pan.

Cover it with aluminum foil and cook for an hour.

After an hour take off the foil and cook until the skin on the chicken is crispy.

Let the chicken cool down and cut the meat into small slices.

Ingredients for the salad:

  • 4 romaine salad
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 red california pepper
  • Jalapeno (optional)
  • 4 green onion
  • 100g grated cheese
  • 150ml yogurt or sour cream
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

Cut all the vegetables and put them in different bowls.

Cut the ends of the salad leaves.

Put the drippings from the chicken in a blender with the yogurt or sour cream, salt, pepper and mix them together.

In a salad leaf put the meat, vegetables, pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
