Ingredients:
- 4 duck legs
- Salt and Pepper
- Rosemary
- 100ml white wine
- 100ml water
- Fat or oil
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius.
Wash the duck legs and clean them.
Add salt and pepper on both sides.
Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
The skinned side should be up.
Pour melted fat or oil on the legs.
Put it in a pan and add the wine and water.
Cover with aluminium foil and cook for an hour.
Cook for 30 more minutes on both sides until they are red.
