Keto Coconut Balls

Ingredients:

  • 200g whole almonds
  • Pinch of salt
  • Stevia
  • 2-3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100g desiccated coconut
  • Vanilla aroma
  • 100g butter
  • Milk
  • Rum or coffee (optional)

Preparation:

Grind the almonds.

Add the melted butter, stevia, cocoa powder, vanilla aroma, salt, half of the coconut
and the rum or coffee.

If it’s too dry add more milk or if it’s too sticky put more almond or coconut.

Put it in the fridge to cool for a little while.

Pour the rest of the desiccated coconut in a bowl and roll the balls in it and it’s done.

You can also put a whole almond in the middle.
