Ham, Olives and Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1/2kg minced meat
  • 2 tsp red pepper
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 smaller red onion
  • 1/2 dry oregano or basil
  • Sliced ham
  • Mozzarella
  • Olives
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 eggs

Preparation:

Add the eggs to the minced meat with the spices, cut onion, crushed garlic, and olive oil and mix them together.

Put it on aluminum foil and press with your hand until its even.

Add the sliced ham on the top then the cheese and olives.

Roll it up with the foil and close the ends.

Cook in the oven for 40 minutes on 180 degrees Celcius.
