Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Red pepper
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Chilli pepper
  • Parsley
  • Salad leaves

Preparation:

Cook the eggs then cut them to small pieces.

Cut the tomato and green onion and add to the eggs.

Mix the cream cheese with mayo and spicies in a bowl.

Pour in the egg and stir everything together.

Sprinkle the top with fresh cut parsley.

Before serving put it in the fridge for a couple hours.

Wash the salad leaves in vinegar water then leave them to dry.

When serving put the egg salad on the leaves.
