Ingredients:
- 2 big red onion
- Salt and Pepper
- Eggs
- Coconut flour
- Desiccated coconut
- Coconut oil
- Water
Preparation:
Cut the onion to 1cm thick slices.
Put the ingredients in different bowls.
Put water in a bowl.
Add salt and pepper to the eggs and beat them.
First, dip the onion rings in the water and then in the coconut flour, beaten eggs and the desiccated coconut.
Cook them in very hot coconut oil.
