Keto Brownie

Ingredients:

  • 200ml cream filling for the top
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • Half tsp baking powder
  • Half cup walnuts or pecans
  • Sweetener
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100g butter
  • Half cup milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 75g 85% dark chocolate
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free jam (optional)

Preparation:

Melt the butter in the microwave.

Put the chocolate in a heatproof bowl.

Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the almond flour, sweetener, salt, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, jam, melted butter and baking powder.

Mix them together and add the milk slowly.

Then add the melted chocolate to it.

If it’s too liquid add more almond flour; if it’s too thick add more milk.

Put baking paper in a 20×20 cake pan.

Add the crushed nuts to the mixture and pour it in the cake pan.

Bake in the oven on for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius without convection.

The middle should be sticky a little bit when you cut it.

When serving, add whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
