Ingredients for the cheese dipping sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp arrowroot powder or coconut flour
- 1 cup milk
- 150g grated cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder (optional)
Preparation:
Melt the butter in a pan.
Mix the arrowroot powder with milk and add it to the butter.
Cook slowly and add the cheese when the milk starts to thicken.
Add the cheese separately so they can melt and keep stirring.
When all the cheese melted add the salt and chilli.
Then add it to little bowls for serving.
