Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 6 tbsp almond flour
- Pinch of salt
- Vanilla extract
- Sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
Preparation:
Put baking paper in a cake pan and grease the sides with butter.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius with convection.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar.
Add the vanilla and sweetener to the egg yolks snd mix them with a blender.
Add the almond flour and baking powder and mix them together.
Then add half of the egg whites and stir them.
Add the other half of the egg whites but stir carefully now.
Pour it in the cake pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
After baking leave it to cool down.
Ingredients for a thicker sponge:
- 180g almond flour
- 6 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 150g butter
- 1/2 pack of baking powder
- 6 tbsp milk
- Sweetener
- 10 drops of vanilla extract
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius with convection.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the cream of tartar.
Add the sweetener to the egg yolks with the vanilla and beat it with a blender.
Then add the almond flour, salt, baking powder and melted butter.
Stir with a spatula and add the milk.
Add half of the egg whites and stir together then add the other half.
Pour it in the cake pan and cook for 20 minutes.
