Ingredients for the cake:
- 100g butter
- Sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 230g sour cream
- 150g almond flour
- 30g coconut flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Couple drops of vanilla aroma
- Red food coloring
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 280 degrees Celcius with convection.
Put the room temperature butter in a food processor with the flour and mix it.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again.
Separate the pastry into two silicone molds and make it level.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Let them cool down.

Ingredients for the filling:
- 500g mascarpone
- 100g butter
- 100ml cream
- Sweetener
- Sugar-free vanilla and white chocolate aroma
- Red food coloring
Preparation:
Mix the butter, sweetener, and the sugar-free aromas in a blender.
Add the mascarpone and mix together.
Beat the cream into whipped cream and add to the mascarpone slowly and add the food coloring.
Cover one of the cakes with the cream cheese then put the other one on the top and use the rest of the filling on the top and the sides.
I put chocolate-dipped strawberries on the top for decoration.
Put it in the fridge for a while before cutting.
