Buddha Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of pork chops
  • Fat
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Mixed salad
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 California pepper
  • 2 beetroot
  • 1/2 purple onion
  • 200g mushroom
  • 100g Brussels sprouts
  • 200g broccoli
  • 4 radishes

Preparation:

Add salt and pepper to the pork chops and cook them in a little bit of fat.

In the same pan cook the sliced mushrooms and brussels sprouts.

Cut the broccoli and boil in salt water for three minutes.

Cut the meat and the rest of vegetables to thin slices.

Put everything in a big bowl and pour dressing on top.

Ingredients for the almond butter dressing:

  • 4 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Any kind of spicy sauce
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • Sweetener
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

Put everything in a bowl and mix them together then pour it on the buddha bowl.
