Ingredients:
- 1kg chicken legs
- 1 sweet cabbage
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp marjoram
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive oil
- 100ml white wine
- 100ml sour cream
- Little water
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
Pour oil in a pan.
Cut the cabbage and put it in the pan.
Add salt, pepper, marjoram, and cumin.
Pour in the water and wine.
Start to cook the chicken legs in another pan with a little bit of oil for a couple minutes.
Then put them on the cabbage and add salt and pepper.
Cover it and cook in the oven for 40 minutes.
Take off the foil and cook until the chicken legs are golden brown.
Put the chicken legs on a plate.
Add the sour cream to the cabbage and mix it together.
