Ingredients:
- 100g almond
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- Stevia
- 1/2 baking powder
- Vanilla aroma
- A little bit of milk if needed
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius with convection.
Put the almonds in a blender.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with stevia.
Beat the egg whites.
Add the almond flour to the egg yolks with salt, baking powder, and vanilla aroma.
If it’s too thick add milk.
Add the egg whites to the egg yolks and mix them carefully together.
Grease a cake pan and pour in the pastry mixture.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
Ingredients for the pudding:
- 1 pack of vanilla pudding
- 400ml milk
- Sweetener
Preparation:
Mix the pudding with milk and sweetener and cook them together.
Pour on the pastry.
After it cools down add the fruit on the top.
Mix gelatine with water and cook slowly.
When it starts to thicken pour on the cake.
Put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
