Egg Bread

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • Bacon (5-6 slices)
  • 5 tbsp coconut flour
  • Red and yellow California pepper
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fat
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar or baking soda
  • 50g grated cheese

In a loaf pan put baking paper and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius with convection.

Beat the eggs and add the spices, melted fat, coconut flour and cream of tartar and mix them together.

On the bottom of the loaf pan put the bacon and pour the eggs.

Cut the peppers into small pieces and add them to the pan.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the oven for around 40 minutes until the top is golden brown.

After taking it out from the oven wait a couple of minutes then remove the baking paper.

After it cools down it’s easy to cut it.
