Pull-apart Pork with Roman Lettuce

Ingredients for the Pork:

  • 1.5kg whole pork roast or shoulder etc
  • Oil
  • 100ml white wine
  • 1 tsp garlic powder and red onion powder
  • Chicken stock

Preparation:

Salt the pork and put it in a big cooking pan.

Add oil and the white wine and add chicken stock until it’s covered.

Cover it and cook in the oven for 4 hours on 130-140 degrees Celcius.

Dressing for the Pork:

  • 180g sour cream
  • 250g butter
  • Chicken stock from the meat

Preparation:

Mix these together in a blender.

Pull the meat apart and pour the dressing on the meat.

Other ingredients you need:

  • 1 bag of Roman lettuce
  • Jalapeno peppers
  • 2 purple onion
  • 5-6 pickles
  • 2 avocados
  • Half red cabbage

Preparation:

Cut all the vegetables to slices.

Put everything on the Roman lettuce and it’s ready.
