Avocado Chocolate Cream with Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados
  • 250g mascarpone
  • Sweetener
  • 3-4 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Vanilla aroma
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 1 pack of cranberries
  • Half tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

In a food processor put the mascarpone, avocados, maple syrup, rum, sweetener, vanilla, and cocoa powder.

Mix together and put it in two cups.

Put the cranberries in a pan with cinnamon and stevia.

Add two tbsp of water and start to boil them together.

After 5 minutes pour it on the top of the avocado cream and put it in the fridge.
