Ingredients:
- 250g mascarpone
- 100g white chocolate
- Sweetener
- 200ml cream
- 100g frozen berries
- 50g fried almond slices
Prepration:
Put the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
In a blender mix the mascarpone.
Add the sweetener, melted white chocolate, and the whipped cream.
Mix together and add them to cups.
In a bowl start to cook the frozen berries with sweetener.
When it’s thick pour it on the mascarpone and put it in the fridge for a couple hours.
