Keto and Paleo Green Bean Soup with Seafood

Ingredients:

  • 250g green beans
  • Frozen seafood
  • 1 pack of fresh dill
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 piece of butter
  • 1 smaller red onion
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp curcuma
  • 2 bays
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 red california pepper
  • 1 nori sheet

Preparation:

Cut the ends off of the green bean and cut them in half or thirds.

Peel the carrots cut them in half and then cut slices.

Cut the red and green onion.

In a pan start to heat up the oil and add the onions with salt.

Add the crushed garlic and half of the chili pepper.

Add the carrots and cook for a couple of minutes

Add the green beans, stir it and pour in the coconut milk.

Add the spices, salt, pepper, curcuma, and bays.

Cut half of the dill and add to the soup.

Add water until it is covered.

Cook for 30 minutes.

Cut the other half of the chili and dill and put it in a bowl.

Cut the nori sheet to thin slices.
