Ingredients:
- cake pan
- 150g whole almonds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Stevia
- 10 drops of vanilla aroma
- 10 drops of mocha aroma or coffee if you don’t have mocha
- 10g butter
- 1 egg
Preparation:
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius with convection.
Put baking paper in the cake pan.
Put everything together in a blender and mix together.
Put the mixture in the cake pan and make it even with a spatula and put it in the oven for 8 minutes.
Leave it to cool down and cool the oven to 160 degrees celcius.
Ingredients for the cream cheese:
- 3 tsp sugar free jam
- 500g philadelphia cream cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 10 drops of vanilla
- 15 drops of white chocolate aroma
- 200ml cream
Preparation:
When the pastry is cooled down brush it with jam.
Put everything else in a blender in mix together in a couple seconds.
Pour the mixture on the pastry and bake in the oven for about an hour.
Put one small bowl of water in the oven separately.
If the top starts to cook too early cover it with baking paper.
After baking leave it cool down before cutting.
This is an easy and delicious cake to bake.
