Ingredients:
- 300g almond flour
- Sweetener
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 2 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 50g butter
- 2 tsp gingerbread spice mix
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tbsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation:
The butter should be room temperature.
Put everything in a big bowl and mix together with a blender.
Rool out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to 0.5cm.
Then put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cut out the cookies and put them on a pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes at 160 degrees Celcius
These cookies will be light brown colour if you want it to be darker you can add cocoa powder to the dough.
