Egg Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 800g chicken breast
  • 6-7 eggs

Preparation:

Boil the eggs, peel them, cut them to small pieces and cook them in oil.

Cut the chicken breast and cook in oil.

Ingredients for dressing:

  • 100ml olive oil
  • 50ml balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Liquid stevia
  • 5-6 drops of vanilla aroma

Preparation:

Mix everything together in a bowl.

Add the eggs and the chicken breast and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Ingredients for the salad:

  • Half red cabbage
  • 2 packs of salad leaves (green and purple)
  • 2 pickles
  • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red California pepper
  • 3 green onions

Preparation:

Cut all the vegetables and put them in a big bowl.

Before serving to add the chicken and eggs on the top of the vegetables.
