Ingredients:
- 2 big sweet potatoes
- 1 package of feta cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Small butter
- 200ml cream
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celcius.
Peel the potatoes cut them in half and cut thin slices.
Put them in a baking pan and add salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with the feta cheese and pour the cream on the top.
Put a thin slice of butter on the top.
Cover with aluminum foil and cook for an hour.
At the end take off the foil and cook for 5 more minutes.
