Ingredients:
- 1kg chicken breast or any kind of meat
- Carrot
- Parsley
- Onion
- Garlic
- 1 small celeriac
- A little ginger
- Salt and Pepper
- 100ml soy sauce
- 2 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 5 cloves
Preparation:
Start to cook the meat in cold water.
Wash and peel the vegetables.
When the water is boiling add the vegetables and the spices and cook slowly for 2 hours.
When it’s ready put the broth on the side.
Cut the meat and you don’t need these vegetables anymore
Ingredients for the Pho soup:
- 200g mushroom
- 1 pack green onion
- 6 boiled eggs
- 1 red chilli
- Cilantro
- 1/2kg broccoli
- 1-2 lime
- Shirataki konjak pasta
- Soya sauce
- Chinese glassy Bamboo

Cut the broccoli and cook for three minutes in salty boiling water.
Cook the egg.
Slice the mushrooms and start to cook in a pan with oil.
Cut the green onion, chilli, and coriander and cut the lemon to four pieces.
Boil the broth.
When serving use a soup bowl.
Put all the ingredients in the soup bowl then add the broth.
Add soy sauce and lemon juice.
