Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients for two people:

  • 400ml coconut yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 tsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • Couple drops of vanilla

Preparation:

Mix everything together and put it in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Before serving sprinkle the top with cut almonds, dark chocolate, and desiccated coconut.
