Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- Sweetener
- Vanilla aroma
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar or baking soda
- 120g almond flour
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
Separate the eggs.
Beat the egg whites and the egg yolks in different bowls.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the egg yolks and mix together.
Then slowly mix the beaten egg whites to the egg yolks.
Put the pastry in a piping bag and pipe the ladyfingers on baking paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes in the oven.
I let them dry out for two days because I made these for my tiramisu cake.
