Ingredients for the pastry:
- 200g flax seed flour
- Salt
- 1 tsp cream of tartar or baking soda
- 2 tsp psyllium husk
- Half pack baking powder
- 4 eggs
- water
Preparation:
In a bowl mix everything together, then with wet hands make a ball.
Stretch out the pastry between two baking sheets.
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with convection and leave the pastry until the oven is heated.
Cook the pastry for 8 minutes then put on the toppings.
Ingredients for topping:
-200 ml sour cream
-Salt
-1 clove crushed garlic
Mix everything together then put on the pastry and add any topping you like. I used purple onion, bacon, tomatoes, and cheese.
Put it back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes and it’s ready.
