Cottage Cheese Balls

Ingredients:

  • 250g cottage cheese
  • 350ml sour cream
  • 1 grated lemon peel
  • 50g almond flour
  • Stevia
  • Pinch of salt if needed
  • 1 tsp almond oil
  • 1 tsp lemon oil

Preparation:

If you don’t have almond and lemon oil use butter and vanilla aroma.

Mash the cottage cheese in a bowl with a fork.

Add all the ingredients except the sour cream and mix well together.

Make smaller balls from the cottage cheese.

Pour almond flour in a bowl and dip the balls in it.

Put it in the fridge before serving.

When serving add stevia to the sour cream and heat it up and pour on the balls.
