Ingredients:
- 2 large broccoli
- 8 thick slices of bacon
- Olive oil
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 pack of green onion
Ingredients for the dressing:
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation:
Wash the broccoli and cut them intto pieces.
Boil for three minutes in salty water.
Put the broccoli in a pan.
Cook the bacon and add to the broccoli.
Pour the fat from the bacon onto the salad.
Mix all the ingredients together for the dressing in a bowl.
Add the tomatoes and the green onions to the broccoli.
Pour the dressing to the salad and it’s ready.
