Ingredients:
- 1kg pork liver
- 1kg red onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Oil or fat
Preparation:
Cut the livers into thick slices.
Mix the spices together and put on both sides of the liver.
Leave it for two hours.
Cut the onion to thin slices and cook them.
Add salt and white pepper to it.
Cook the liver slices in 2-3 tbsp fat.
I used duck fat but you can use any kind you like.
Cook the livers for 2 minutes on each side.
When serving add the onion to the liver.
