Keto Pizza

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 200g grated cheese
  • 200g almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese

Preparation:

Put the grated cheese and the cream cheese in a bowl and put it in a microwave for one minute.

Then stir it and put it back for 30 seconds.

Add the almond flour and the eggs and mix them together.

Put it in the microwave for one minute.

Pour the dough on baking paper and separate into two pieces.

Stretch out the dough and cook in the oven for 8 minutes at 200 degrees Celcius.

Ingredients for the tomato sauce:

  • 500ml tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp Italian spice mix
  • Olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic

Preparation:

In a pan heat up oil and add the tomato puree.

Add the spices and cook until it starts to boil.

Pepperoni pizza ingredients:

  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Mushroom
  • Grated cheese
  • Chilli pepper (optional)

Cover the dough with tomato puree and add everything.

Ground meat pizza ingredients:

  • 500g ground meat
  • Chilli pepper or sweet pepper
  • Fresh basil
  • Feta cheese

Cover the dough with tomato puree.

Add the fresh basil leaves, ground meat, pepper and feta cheese.

Cream cheese, jalapeño pizza ingredients:

  • Cream cheese
  • Jalapeno
  • Green onion
  • Grated cheese

Spread the cream cheese on the dough.

Add the ingredients and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put back the pizza in the oven for 10 minutes.

Leave it to rest for 5 minutes before cutting it.
