Ideas for Egg Fast Part 2

1) Keto Egg Bread

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian spice mix
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dry basil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar or baking soda
  • 50g grated cheese

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix them together.

Grease a loaf pan with butter or put baking paper in it.

Pour the eggs in the loaf pan.

Cook for 30 minutes then wait until it cools down before cutting it.

2) Keto Egg Muffin

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 10g butter
  • 10g cream cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Green onion (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius.

Use silicone muffin cups.

Beat the eggs with the cream cheese, salt and pepper.

Pour the eggs in the muffin cups and add the green onion.

Slice the butter and add them to the muffins.

Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes.

3) Keto Egg Soup

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp graham masala
  • 1/2 tsp roman cumin
  • 1/2 tsp curcuma
  • 1/2 tsp curry
  • 1 smaller red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Little oil or butter
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

Pour oil and butter in a pan and start to cook.

Add the cut onion with a little salt.

After a couple of minutes add the spices and add 1.5 L water.

Cook for ten minutes and add the lemon juice.

Then slowly pour the beaten eggs to the pan and keep stirring while pouring.

Cook for five more minutes.

4) Egg Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 boiled eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1/4 tsp mustard
  • 10g butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 20g grated cheese

Preparation:

Put everything in a bowl except the eggs and the cheese and mix together.

Then add the cut eggs and grated cheese.

5) Keto Crepes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients for the crepes:

  • 8 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sweetener
  • 6 drops of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 2 tsp coconut oil for cooking

Preparation:

Mix everything together in a bowl.

In a pan pour coconut oil and cook the crepes.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • Sweetener
  • Couple drops of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Put 1 tbsp of cream cheese filling in one crepe.
